I don’t like to admit this but I do have limited social skills in certain situations such as groups of people who all get on well together and I don’t seem to naturally click with them. Most people have heard of aloe vera as an ingredient in the better cosmetics, and indeed it is. It is anti-aging which can also help you to feel good! I was amused to read about a Dr Danoff, a physician in America who worked with aloe vera, testing it for various cosmetic products. In doing so he rubbed a little aloe vera on the back of his left hand. Now in his 70s he has one hand covered in wrinkled skin with various blemishes, whilst the back of his left hand looks about 30 years younger!

Chronic fatigue is described as some form of continued tiredness that may tend to be very severe, and is not relieved by rest. In most cases, chronic fatigue is not a result of any medical condition and its causes are not yet clear. However, it is closely associated with stress,  suppressed immune system, genetics and age. Usually women who are between the ages of 30 to 50, are the most susceptible to the condition. The symptoms of the condition are never complex, but are quite specific. Some common symptoms include muscle aches, headache and extreme tiredness.
